As the face of our showroom, you will guide customers through the journey of creating their dream bathroom. From the first greeting to the final selection, you’ll provide expert advice on our extensive ranges—balancing style, functionality, and budget.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Consulting: Engaging with customers to understand their vision and providing tailored product recommendations.
Product Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of our ranges, from contemporary minimalism to timeless traditional styles.
Showroom Excellence: Ensuring the showroom remains a polished, inspiring environment for every visitor.
Collaboration: Working within a supportive team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
The Personal Touch: Someone who enjoys conversation and can make every customer feel valued.
A Professional Eye: An interest in home interiors and a pride in maintaining high brand standards.
Team Spirit: A proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Growth Mindset: While bathroom knowledge is a plus, it isn’t essential. We provide full training to turn your potential into expertise.

Salary: £27,545.76 per annum.
Monthly Bonus: £100 performance-based bonus.
Location: 43 Stephenson Way, Formby, Liverpool, L37 8EG (Onsite)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Availability across Mon-Sat. Working week is 5 days) Example: Week 1 - Mon to Fri (Days off SAT/SUN) Week 2: Mon, Tues, Weds (Day off) Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun (Day off)
Balance: Enjoy every Sunday off, providing a consistent break to recharge.
Additional information:
As part of your onboarding, you will be required to complete a 2‑week training program at Victorian Plumbing, 22 Grimrod Place, Skelmersdale, WN8 9UU. This training will provide you with the product knowledge and systems training needed to succeed in the showroom sales environment.
