Thompson Bath is expanding our internal Shower Glass Division and weâre looking for a skilled, reliable installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer experience.
As a Shower Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom glass shower enclosures, including frameless and semi-frameless systems, in residential homes throughout the Greater Las Vegas area. This is a full-time, hands-on position with strong earning potential and consistent work.
Responsibilities
⢠Install custom shower glass enclosures (frameless, semi-frameless, sliding systems)
⢠Measure and ensure proper fit and alignment
⢠Handle and transport glass safely
⢠Maintain a clean, professional job site
⢠Communicate with homeowners in a respectful, professional manner
⢠Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
⢠Experience installing shower glass systems
⢠Skilled with hand tools and job site work
⢠Strong attention to detail
⢠Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels
⢠Valid driverâs license with clean driving record
⢠Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Installation
Unlike full tear out remodeling projects, many Bath Planet products fit over existing tubs and showers for a fast and frustration-free experience. On the day of installation, a team of professional technicians reviews each step of the process with the homeowner. Before getting started, the installation specialists complete a series of proprietary measures to ensure the work is done correctly and up to Bath Planet standards. By the end of the day, a beautiful bathroom has emerged.
