Shoulder Cutter

What You'll Do:

• Perform accurate shoulder cuts on poultry processing line
• Maintain proper knife handling, sharpening, and sanitation practices
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring quality cuts
• Follow all safety and USDA guidelines
• Assist with training or mentoring newer team members (if needed)

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a shoulder cutter in poultry or meat processing
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment
• Strong knowledge of cutting techniques and safety practices
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
