We are seeking an experienced Shot Blast Operator to operate shot blasting machines for cleaning and finishing metal surfaces in a casting production environment. The candidate must ensure proper surface finish, equipment handling, and adherence to safety standards.
Operate shot blasting machine to clean cast components
Ensure proper surface finish as per specifications
Load and unload components safely
Monitor machine performance and report issues
Inspect components after blasting
Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
