Job Description
The purpose of the role is promoting the sale of Insurance Financial Services product to newly sourced and existing customers, through an aggregation quoting platform and ensuring the consistent delivery of customer service excellence.
We’re looking for telesales candidates without any South African financial services experience, who are seeking to move into this sector and grow their career.
We’ll provide full and free FSCA training / certification for your professional accreditation, as well as product training.
- Contacting clients
- Positioning short term personal lines product offerings
- Complete the customer voice recording/application
- Closing a sale
- Attaining the call centre strike rates
- Reaching various targets
- Ensuring that records are accurately captured and updated
- Being compliant
- Ensure clients are assisted and supplied with the relevant information
- Essential: Grade 12
- Essential: 3+ years of direct telesales experience (i.e. cellular contracts and data and airtime, solar and renewables, lead sourcing, BPO, etc).
- Preferred: No previous South African financial services experience.
