Job Title

Shopping Center DirectorWe are looking for a professional who will take full responsibility for the management of a commercial property — from budget and operations, through tenant relations, to team leadership and support for the property’s commercialization.

Scope of the role

• operational and budget management of the property
• oversight of the building’s technical condition and the quality of external services
• cooperation with tenants, the client, the leasing team, and business partners
• control of documentation, reporting, and cost monitoring
• participation in marketing activities and local market analysis
• management of the property administration team

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in commercial property management
• is confident in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• can combine operational, business, and relationship perspectives
• works independently, responsibly, and with strong attention to quality
