What you’ll be doing

As the Shopper & Trade Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of engaging retail campaigns while owning how Free Soul shows up at the point of purchase. You’ll work closely with the Retail, NPD, Operations, and Brand Marketing teams, as well as our external agency, to ensure seamless execution across product launches, in-store promotions, and retail activations that genuinely convert shoppers.

What we’re looking for in you

  • Planning and executing shopper and trade marketing campaigns across key retail partners, from concept through to in-store delivery 

  • Using retailer data - EPOS, promotional performance, and distribution metrics -to identify trends and opportunities that shape activation planning 

  • Collaborating with the Retail & NPD teams to execute product launch campaigns, ensuring strong fixture presence and marketing timelines align with production schedules 

  • Coordinating with external agencies to brief, review, and manage the production of assets (POS, FSUs, signage, digital screens, etc.) 

  • Building compelling trade sell-in materials and supporting the development of in-store promotional toolkits and visual merchandising guidelines 

  • Working alongside Operations to ensure retail marketing materials are delivered on time and to retailer specification 

  • Tracking campaign performance - sales uplift, ROI, share of shelf - and feeding insights back to inform future planning 

  • Maintaining campaign calendars, timelines, and asset trackers to keep everything on track
