You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful in-store activations that align with our brandobjectivesand customer strategies to drive Net Revenue and Market Share Growth

Key Responsibilities:
Creating and leading shopper activation & trade marketing strategy for Mondelez brands at our key customers across channelswith focus onDiscounters& Convenience channel
Developingtotal customervalue proposition based on shopper insights & customer insights & business needs
Initiate customers tailored made activations & perfectly deploy national marketing campaign across channelsincluding all relevant digital and instoretouchpointswith RetailMediareach maximization
Translate the annual and rolling marketing brand plan into clear, actionable in-storeactivationpriorities, ensuring effective andtimelyimplementation across all channels.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of shopper marketing activations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless in-store delivery.
Ownership of budget planning & management and setting priorities based on activities evaluations, ensuringappropriate levelof service and data validity provided to finance team
On-going overview ofcompetitors’in store activities in the segment
Evaluation of in-store activations’ effectiveness providing insights and recommendations for improvement including touchpoint effectiveness
Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing, including Senior stakeholders and external marketing agenciesin order todevelop and implement best in class activation
Responsibility to lead, inspire & develop team people
Our requirements:
Strong cross-functional experience in area of marketing / shopper marketing/trade marketing with minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar position
Proventrack recordof implementing shopper activation agenda with the understanding of shopper, customers, promotion & activation principles in FMCG industry
Good understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior in FMCG industry
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative in-store solutions
Ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are wellinformed,and outcomes are effectively evaluated, and key learnings are applied to future projects.
Ability to create persuasive businessrecommendationand present them in simple manner to Leadership team
Experienceworking with marketing agencies, including digital scope.
Team management experience
University degree (preferred majors: marketing, management, economics)
Fluency in Business English is a key competence for this role
Good practical knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point
