Job Location Store 3 - Miami, FL 33133 Salary Range $17.00 Hourly
The Shopper is responsible for selecting, processing, packaging, and staging the customer orders for both Curbside Pickup and Delivery. The Shopper is directly responsible for ensuring Quality, Variety, and Service for the end customer through adherence to Company Policies and a timely shopping process, while also assisting the store in delivering QVS to its in-store customers at the same time.
Schedule:
Shoppers, as with all staff, are needed specifically at the days and times they are scheduled in order to properly fulfill orders that the store receives at any given time. Adhering to schedules and arriving to work before the start of the scheduled shift is imperative for Shoppers, as well as timely communication of any deviations to appropriate members of Management. As Holidays generally represent peak demand for our business, Shoppers must be available to work on and around Holidays. Shoppers should also be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday each week, to ensure proper staffing for weekend business.
