Job Description

The Role:

The Shopify Merchandiser will be integral to our eCommerce operations, focusing on the meticulous management of our product catalog, the strategic merchandising of our collections, and the efficient management of Shopify apps. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to audit and optimize our website, report on key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary updates and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct daily audits of the website and product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal, suggesting improvements as needed.

● Oversee the organization and maintenance of our product catalog on Shopify, ensuring listings are up-to-date, accurately categorized, and optimized for SEO.

● Curate and merchandise product collections, aligning with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and inventory levels to maximize sales and customer engagement.

● Evaluate, select, and manage Shopify apps to enhance website functionality, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.

● Generate and analyze reports on sales data and website user behavior to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for optimization.

● Work closely with the tech and marketing teams to communicate website needs, coordinate updates, and launch new features or campaigns seamlessly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

● Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify, with a strong understanding of product management and online merchandising.

● Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

● Familiarity with Shopify's app ecosystem and ability to manage and integrate these tools effectively.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and product teams.
