Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Shopfloor-Teams (Produktion, Fertigung, Instandhaltung)
  • Organisation und Überwachung der termingerechten Durchführung von Modifikationen und Reparaturen an Luftfahrtbauteilen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Regulatorischen-Vorgaben (EASA, LBA, SMS), internen Prozessen sowie Qualitätsstandards
  • Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung des Personals sowie Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Logistik
  • Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lean-Management-Methoden und Shopfloor-Prozessen
  • Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit HR

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Produktionsbereichs, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtindustrie oder in einem regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Automobil)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
  • Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein (min. Kat. B)
