We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Londis Coolcotts in Co Wexford. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
Update specials, and promotions to drive sales and meet customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate would be flexible to do couple of evenings (3pm to 10pm)
