We’re seeking a skilled heavy equipment focused Shop Service Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with industry-leading equipment, continuous training, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Recondition and repair heavy equipment and components
- Perform diagnostic inspections and identify needed repairs
- Accurately record time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in top condition

Qualifications
- At least one year of diesel technology education and/or experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment is required
- John Deere experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Valid Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Basic understanding of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
- Must supply own tools
