Job Description

Lyle Machinery is a heavy equipment dealer founded and located in Richland, MS. We currently have locations across TX, LA, MS, AL and FL. In addition to supplying heavy equipment, we are also a service and parts provider. Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 8 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom we’ve partnered. Centrally headquartered in Mississippi, we continue to maintain those shared values throughout our 11 locations in MS, AL, LA, FL, and TX. Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking to add Technicians to our team.

• Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery.
• Read and understand machine schematics.
• Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion.
• Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol.
• Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance.
• Other work-related duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Must possess your own tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraints.
• Attend company and product training for career advancements.

Physical:

• Ability to see in full range color.
• Ability to knee, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment on the ground.
• Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work in any weather environment.
• Occasional exposure to loud noises.
