Continuously evaluate shop processes and recommend improvements that enhance productivity, equipment performance, quality, and workforce utilization
Serve as a technical problem-solver, helping diagnose equipment issues and supporting shop employees with hands-on solutions.
Maintain tools, parts, and supplies—keeping the shop organized, stocked, and ready.
Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
Train on all shop equipment required for the role, including any additional training recommended by the EHS Manager.
Previous sheet metal shop maintenance experience (required).
Experience operating and maintaining shop equipment in a fabrication environment.
