Job Title: Shop Hand / Shop Helper
Location: CSN Glen Merritt - St. Catharine's

CSN Collision is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand to support our auto body shop team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, assisting with basic shop tasks, and supporting staff with general duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and surrounding areas
• Sweep, clean, and remove debris from work areas
• Assist with general shop upkeep and maintenance
• Cut grass and maintain the exterior property when required
• Drive customers home or pick them up when needed
• Move vehicles around the lot and shop as required
• Assist technicians and staff with basic tasks when needed
• Ensure shop tools and equipment areas remain organized
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors when required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in an automotive or shop environment
