Shop Foreman / Lead Master Technician | $140K–$180K - 2119

Castle Rock, CO | Monday–Friday | Hybrid Leadership Role

You’ll split your time between high-level diagnostics and mentoring a small team, helping drive performance, efficiency, and shop culture in a growing, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced and heavy diagnostics (your expertise sets the standard)
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of technicians
• Monitor and improve shop efficiency and performance metrics
• Oversee and ensure quality of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Help set workflow, scheduling, and daily shop priorities
• Maintain a hands-on presence while guiding the team

What You Bring

• 10+ years as an automotive technician
• Master ASE Certification (A/C certification or close preferred)
• 5+ years in a leadership or foreman role
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop technicians
• Organized, professional, and confident leading others
• Comfortable balancing tools + leadership responsibilities
