Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: Day**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN**
Functions:
- Manage, develop, mentor, and train employees.
- Direct and coordinate production activities to maximize equipment and manpower efficiencies.
- Queue jobs for production based on due dates and assembly requirements.
- Coordinate the daily activities of production staff to ensure appropriate coverage, work instructions are provided if needed and information required to perform tasks are provided.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the manufacturing process.
- Resolve daily production concerns including equipment setup, nonconforming parts, and equipment maintenance.
- Support and drive improvements through corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Support quoting process.  Provide input and ideas towards parts and projects to assist in providing the most competitive price.
- Coordinate production schedule with the Operations Manager.
- Monitor availability of materials required to meet production schedule.
- Ensure that work is being performed in accordance to the job requirements and that all safety and ISO procedures are being followed.
- Support Lean Initiatives.
- Communicate with Sales Department to expedite job orders and resolve concerns including quality, specifications, and delivery deadlines.
- Provide support to maintenance technicians in the up-keep of equipment and maintenance records.
- Research and recommend the purchase of capital equipment including a cost analysis when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation:
- Must be a US person
- Requires a high school diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferably in a metal fabrication environment.
- Must be able to carry out written, verbal or diagrammatic instructions; solve practical problems; perform basic arithmetic calculations;
- Use a variety of mechanic tools; and communicate effectively with others.

Experience:
- Must be a US citizen
- A minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferably in a metal fabrication environment.
- 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with working in an ISO 9000 quality System environment preferred.
Specialized

Experience: Ability to read blue prints, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, internet and email.
