Job Description



• Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range
• Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers
• Creates and maintains visual displays
• Devises, implement and executes effective merchandising strategies
• Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency in store design
Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail design
- Strong sense of style, creativity, and an eye for detail to create visually appealing displays that reflect the brand and appeal to customers
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute merchandising plans, including seasonal changes, product launches, and store layouts
- Flexibility to adjust displays and store layouts according to new trends, customer needs, and business priorities
- Passion for home furnishing and the ability to design solutions that improve the customer shopping experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer resolutions and logistics, to align visual displays with sales goals and store operations
- Proficiency in using design software Revit and ability to handle basic tools for setting up and adjusting displays
- Focus on maintaining high standards in presentation, product arrangement, lighting, and overall visual harmony in displays
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons and promotional events
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, such as lifting, moving products, working with power tools and setting up displays (working on the ladder, scissor lift)

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time

HOURS: 34–40 hrs/week

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.93 - $27.96
