We’re a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturer known for our dedication to quality, innovation, and teamwork. Our Assembly Department is the heart of the operation, bringing together parts, people, and process. As we grow, we’re investing in tools, systems, and floor-level support roles to keep production moving smoothly.
We’re hiring a Shop Ambassador to serve as the key liaison between shop-floor employees and operations support teams. You’ll help with system troubleshooting, provide user guidance, gather feedback, and support efficient operations across the Assembly Department. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who thrives on solving problems, helping others, and keeping things moving. Strong communication skills, tech fluency, and a proactive mindset are must-haves.
