Shooting Stars, founded in 2015, is an education engagement program for Aboriginal girls and young women, run by Glass Jar Australia under Netball WA. Operating in 22 schools across Western Australia and South Australia, we reach over 1,200 participants, fostering confidence, cultural identity, and positive connections through various activities and support.
The Program Coordinator will manage and deliver the Shooting Stars program, aiming to boost school engagement and empower female students. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Coordinator will oversee program activities, staff, and participant relationships.
