Job Description

The Homestead Shooting Club Attendant role provides quality service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations. The Shooting Club attendant works to proactively embrace The Omni Homestead service standards, adhering to safety regulations and gaining the knowledge to assist guests with any needs.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

Consistently demonstrate and own any tasks needed to carry out The Omni Service Tradition.

Ensuring that all the Omni MOS standards utilized in all interactions. MOS evaluation tracking, taking minutes and reporting monthly meetings, monthly inventory, Birch street supply orders and other record keeping.

¨ Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others.

Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

¨ Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners

¨ Able to work in a demanding office setting, answering phones, and communicating with guests, season pass holders, members and fellow Associates.

¨ Handle all guest requests with a smile and ensure they are completed in a timely manner

¨ Manage time effectively, in a fast-paced environment, always maintaining professional demeanor.

¨ Possess excellent computer skills

¨ Assist with associate schedules, special event planning and BEO creation.

¨ Assist with guest booking and scheduling.

¨ Associate uniform orders

Secondary Responsibilities and Functions:

¨ Order Supplies [initiating P O requisitions]

¨ Clean and maintain a hygienic and organized work area.

¨ Maintenance/Cleanliness of desk area

¨ Maintaining and recording accurate ammunition records

Tools and Equipment:

¨ Computer, radio, Excel, POS

Working Environment:

¨ Shooting club desk and surrounding areas
