Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Shipside Operations Specialist to join our team at the IRCSC in Ladson, South Carolina on 2nd shift.
Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Assist organizations in identifying recurring and high impact issues. Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address recurring and high impact issues. Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. Works under general direction.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the Site Response Team/MRSA
Provide expertise to the team on the appropriate path and resources required to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues
Uses advanced technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
Uses tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure resolve of production issues
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
May analyze and interpret data and provide root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
Coordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings required to resolve issues
Provides coaching and instruction to other teammates
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Ladson, SC (PSC).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
1+ years of experience with integration across a variety of cross-functional teams
1+ years of experience with Microsoft office applications
Ability to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years prior LSCC experience
