Ships Agency Operator Las Palmas
Our Port Services Department in Las Palmas is looking for a Ships Agency Operator to join the team!

At Wilhelmsen Port Services, we keep global trade moving by delivering safe, efficient, and reliable port services worldwide. With more than 75,000 port calls handled annually across our global network, we combine local expertise with international standards to support vessels, cargo, and crew around the clock.
We are currently looking for a Ships Agency Operator to join our team in Las Palmas.

What you will do
• Coordinate and manage vessel port calls from arrival to departure
• Attend vessels and liaise with port authorities, suppliers, and customers
• Ensure smooth operational execution in line with company procedures and safety standards
• Monitor operational costs, supplier invoices, and funding requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in operational systems (WASP)
• Support efficient communication with customers and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for
• Experience in Ship Agency Operations or the maritime industry
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment
• Service-minded, proactive, and safety-focused approach
• Good computer and systems knowledge
