Job Description

Our client is a leading Electronic Components Distributor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a sizable Shipping team in delivering of daily billed orders to both local and oversea customers.
• Communicate closely with freight forwarder and local delivery agents regarding shipping activities.
• Analysis the data and provide reporting for management.
• Support ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder.
• 8 years of experience, of which at least 2 years in supervising sizable team.
• Experience in electronics/distribution industry and/or multinational company preferred.
• Able to work under pressure to handle high volume of shipments.
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure and regulation and L/C document handling.
• Familiar with trade declaration, air, ocean and cross border trucking shipping procedure.
• Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers’ insights.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
