What can you become?
Shipping Trainee
Choose the Shipping Trainee track to gain insight into logistics and distribution, ensuring goods move from A to B, and to work globally, supported by experienced colleagues in our offices worldwide.
This track covers all relevant areas of shipping business, and you will follow the Business School’s Shipping & Freight Forwarding track during the two years as Shipping Trainee.

Who are you?
• You have a qualifying education (EUX Business, HHX, EUS, or a bachelor's degree).
• You possess excellent Danish and English skills.
• You are service-minded, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• You have experience from student or part-time jobs.

The EFIT Programme offers a dynamic learning journey with in-house training, seminars, and a strong trainee network across Danish Crown. You'll develop business acumen, teamwork, and personal growth while gaining deep insights into top-tier customer service and its role in the trading industry.

Our highest priority is your development and that you get all necessary support and guidance throughout the two years. We aim to develop the best possible trainees in the industry – and we know that it requires our full attention.
Therefore, you’ll be supported in achieving professional and personal development by getting assigned a manager, a supervisor, and a buddy. The manager will have the overall responsibility for your development, the supervisor will guide you in your day-to-day tasks and the buddy will make you thrive in our social environment.

Ready to join?
Apply by March 31, 2026, specifying your preferred location (Copenhagen or Aalborg) to be a shipping trainee in one of our teams.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and we hire when we find the right candidates.
The EFIT programme starts on September 1, 2026.
