  • Carry out supervisor directives and act as point of contact for shipping concerns during the shift.
  • Train new hires on job duties, procedures, and safe equipment operation.
  • Fill in for call-offs and vacations as required.
  • Cover portions of the Supervisor’s role with support from other supervisors when needed.
  • Serve as a product- and process-knowledge resource for team members.

Safety & Compliance

  • Complete the daily safety checklist and ensure team members follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform and verify LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures are followed.
  • Report near-misses, accidents, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain perfect attendance — no points, call-offs, or tardiness.
  • Comply with the dress code policy at all times.
  • Arrive before the shift starts and remain until the shift ends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), or a minimum of 3 years of shipping or warehouse experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Prior leadership exposure, or demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the company’s ERP system.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift/move 20–50 lbs, and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Safety-conscious mindset with demonstrated ability to follow and model safety standards.
  • Commitment to teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
