Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and coordinate all third-shift shipping operations, including picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipment documentation.

  • Supervise, coach, and support shipping team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

  • Ensure outbound shipments meet customer requirements, company standards, and transportation regulations.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and collaborate with inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Investigate and resolve shipping issues, damaged materials, and delivery-related concerns.

  • Promote and oversee the safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance.

Your Background

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related business applications.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, and the ability to perform physical warehouse activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working third-shift schedules as needed.
