Location: City of Industry
Work: In Office 5 days a week

Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

• Key Duties and Responsibility
  • Microsoft BC software to Processing Order. Printing carton labels /Shipping Barcode Label.
  • Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
  • Schedule Loaders with Transportation Carrier
  • Supervise and lead subordinates guide warehouse Loader/picker proper way
  • Submit daily orders sending EDI ASN, Invoices
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
  • Handle Inventory Daily update.
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
  • Report to management on activities and issues
  • Submit Transportation (Ticket) Portal Access.
  • Responsible person of daily work order
• Skills and Qualification
  • Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Proven experience as shipping manager
  • Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
  • Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g. ASN)
  • Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma: Degree is a plus 2-3 years Logistics experience
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
