
SCHEDULE: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday + overtime/weekends as required)
REPORTS TO: SHIPPING MANAGER
LOCATION: LATHROP, CA
Salary: ($73K-85K)
Direct frontline shipping and dock operations during 2nd Shift within a fast-paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment. Lead forklift operators, loaders, and staging personnel while ensuring safe operations, efficient product flow, accurate shipments, and strong employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who values accountability, leads by example, and creates an environment where safety, quality, and performance are non-negotiable.
This position operates in a fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment with active forklift traffic, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving equipment in the work area. The employee is sometimes exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, along with hot and cold temperatures depending upon the season. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

This role is responsible for leading our busiest shipping hours of the day. You'll oversee dock operations, coach forklift operators and loaders, ensure safe work practices, coordinate carrier dispatches, and set the tone for the entire shift.
Success in this role requires someone who is firm but fair, highly visible on the floor, and committed to developing people while maintaining high standards.
