What You’ll Be Doing
Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx while ensuring compliance and safe transport
Receive and verify incoming shipments and inventory against purchase orders and packing lists
Label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems for accurate tracking
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading and required signatures
Coordinate subrental and cross rental logistics with internal teams and external vendors
Track equipment movement with detailed documentation and photos to ensure accuracy
Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all shipping and logistics activity
Support warehouse operations and assist with local pickups and deliveries as needed
What We’re Looking For
One to two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination
Familiarity with inventory or rental systems such as R2 and standard shipping documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast paced environment
Physical ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for non CDL vehicle operation
