Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.88/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx while ensuring compliance and safe transport

• Receive and verify incoming shipments and inventory against purchase orders and packing lists

• Label and tag assets using RFID and barcode systems for accurate tracking

• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading and required signatures

• Coordinate subrental and cross rental logistics with internal teams and external vendors

• Track equipment movement with detailed documentation and photos to ensure accuracy

• Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages as needed

• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all shipping and logistics activity

• Support warehouse operations and assist with local pickups and deliveries as needed

What We’re Looking For

• One to two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination

• Familiarity with inventory or rental systems such as R2 and standard shipping documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast paced environment

• Physical ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for non CDL vehicle operation
