Shipping Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible
  for administrative tasks related to import and export customs declaration,
  and compiling and preparing customs declaration documents.
• Process
  and review data and documents for import and export customs declarations.
• Contact
  the customs broker to confirm delivery dates and handle other liaison
  matters.
• Work
  related to bonded accounting.
• Matters
  assigned by supervisors.
  

Key Competencies Required

• Five
  or more years of shipping experiences.
• Good
  interpersonal and communications skills.
• Have a
  good motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in
  group settings.
• Computer
  literacy, in particular MS Office and SAP MRP system.
