Shipping & Sales Operations Coordinator

Innoviz Technologies supplies safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications.

We are looking for a Shipping & Sales Operations Coordinator In this role, you will be the vital link between our sales vision and logistics execution. You’ll manage the end-to-end journey of an order, from the moment a PO is signed until it successfully reaches the customer, ensuring a seamless experience and top-tier service.

What You’ll Do

• Bridge Sales & Logistics: Own the order-to-delivery lifecycle, validating POs and managing the backlog to meet commercial commitments.
• Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for global customers, providing proactive updates on delivery schedules, tracking, and post-sales support.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prioritize shipments, manage documentation (Invoices, PODs), and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Data & Systems: Maintain accuracy within Salesforce (CRM) and Priority (ERP), ensuring all data reflects real-time status.
• Optimize & Analyze: Track performance metrics (SLA, OTIF) and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Sales Coordination, Logistics, or International Shipping (B2B environment – a major plus).
• Systems: Proficiency in Priority (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) are a must.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew
• Mindset: High attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong service-oriented approach.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple interfaces across global time zones.

• Ensuring On-Time Delivery and high data/documentation accuracy.
• Meeting customer response SLAs and optimizing lead times.
• Effective backlog management and proactive problem resolution.
• Data & Documentation Accuracy: Percentage of shipments without documentation or data errors.
