Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Specialist

Currently we are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving/ Inventory Specialist to support our Laurel, DE location. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Disperse freight charges on incoming packages to the correct places
• Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Track inventory levels and update records as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (as applicable)
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Look up parts breakdowns / source parts
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Good driving record and active license
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred — but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Understanding of parts breakdowns and how thing work
