Warehouse Worker – Temporary - Hire Position (3–6 Months) | 9AM -6PM

Start your day early and gain valuable experience with Quinn Company. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to support warehouse operations during a busy period. This is a temporary -hire opportunity 3 - 6 months.

Wages

The Warehouse Worker's starting wage will depend on experience and education. $18-$19

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and supporting both office and warehouse operations. We are looking for a dependable team player who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and operational support.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and assist with front office coverage
• Support daily warehouse and administrative operations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and will-call activities
• Prepare, organize, and process customer and shop orders
• Receive and stock incoming inventory and materials
• Maintain organized inventory, paperwork, and warehouse records
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal departments
• Perform data entry and update information in company systems
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general warehouse support and other duties as assigned

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable working both in an office setting and warehouse environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous administrative, customer service, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift experience is helpful, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to occasionally lift and move materials as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
