
Join a mission that moves the Pacific. Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support our PACAF C5ISRO II mission at our Aiea, Hawaii site. This role plays a vital part in delivering logistics excellence to our Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) customers across the Pacific Theater. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations—ensuring that every shipment is accurate, secure, and on time. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of goods and materials, from arrival to departure, while maintaining compliance with safety and inventory protocols.
Unload incoming trucks and inspect packages for damage or discrepancies
Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
Log materials into inventory systems and store them in designated locations
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Assemble crates and secure packaging
Generate shipping labels and documentation
Coordinate with carriers and select optimal shipping methods
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
Track inbound/outbound shipment schedules
Monitor stock levels of shipping supplies
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience
Active Secret-level security clearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational abilities (digital and paper-based)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical capability to lift, move, and handle repetitive tasks
Experience with Costpoint MRP systems
Certified forklift operator (standing and sitting)
Familiarity with pallet scales, wrappers, and jacks
Prior warehouse operations experience
Exceptional attention to detail and time management

Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
