TheShipping & ReceivingWarehouse Leadis responsible fordirectingthe dailyactivitiesoftheshipping and receivingteam. The role includesassistingtheWarehouseSupervisorinleading and managing a team of warehouseassociates, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately andin a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to the designated shift
Ability to motivate the team in meeting the demandsestablishedby the schedule
Coordinatewith Managers and Leadsof various departmentstoassuredailyneeds are being met
Assure all clerical duties are performeddaily, including proper receipt and filings
Prepare BOLs,pickdocs Close and manage jobs.Update Shipping Board Run daily KPI reports.
Will co-lead with your supervisor the training program of new associates
Monitorand managethe material flowbetween variouswarehousesand outside vendors
Must havegood communicationand interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a close team environment, not only with his/her department but also with any other department.
This position willrequiredflexible working hours, including overtime, and help cover shifts during vacation and call-offs.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Forklift, pole lift, and reach truck experiencepreferred
Previousexperience working inwarehouse environmentrole preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Intermediateunderstanding of window-based programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
