
What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring products are accurately prepared, packaged, documented, and shipped to customers and suppliers worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and coordinate the end-to-end shipping process. Responsibilities include preparing domestic, government, and international shipments; generating required shipping documentation; and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This on-site position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and reports to the Supervisor of Shipping & Receiving.
How You Will Do It:
• Prepare commercial, government, and export shipping documentation, including airbills, shipping labels, and other required forms.
• Create and process shipments using the company's ERP system as well as FedEx and UPS shipping software.
• Receive products from internal departments and prepare them for shipment to customers and suppliers.
• Review engineering drawings and ERP documentation to correctly identify, label, and nameplate products prior to shipment.
• Package products in accordance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable government regulations.
• Generate customer shipping labels and required documentation through customer-specific web portals when applicable.
• Enter shipment details, delivery information, and tracking data into ERP systems and customer portals.
• Print, verify, and process customer orders, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Properly label, mark, and prepare shipping containers to ensure safe and compliant transportation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse-related activities as needed.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What We Look For
Required
• Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum one year of shipping and/or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to accurately prepare shipping documentation while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• IFS experience
• Experience using shipping software such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar systems.
