Suburban Ford of Romeo is looking for a sharp, organized, and customer‑focused Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our high‑performing Parts Department. What You’ll Take Ownership Of

  • Deliver exceptional service to wholesale, retail, and service customers—every time
  • Maintain a flawless parts inventory through accurate binning, stocking, organization, and routine audits
  • Receive, ship, and track all incoming and outgoing parts orders
  • Keep meticulous records using delivery boards, logs, and tracking systems
  • Support technicians and counter staff by pulling and delivering parts promptly
  • Assist with annual physical inventory and everyday department organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and delivery vehicle
  • Handle returns, funds, and discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and confidently—by phone and in person
  • Complete required manufacturer and Lithia training to stay sharp and certified
  • Take initiative with additional duties that support the Parts team’s success

What Makes You a Standout Candidate

  • Automotive dealership or parts experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy, fast‑moving environment

  • Comfortable using computers and basic inventory systems
