Hypertec is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Operations and Logistics team in Montreal. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

Receiving:

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists
  • Inspect goods for damages, discrepancies, or missing items
  • Record and update inventory with RF or in SAP system.
  • Label, sort, and stage materials for put‑away
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow proper receiving procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks (if certified).

Shipping:

  • Prepare orders for shipment (palletize, wrap, label all shipments when required).
  • Verify accuracy of shipments requirements: documentation, quantities, product, packaging.
  • Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Process the shipment with RF scanner or in SAP system, print all necessary document for shipping.
  • Ensure all shipments meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily targets
  • Answer our internal / external customers by email.

Other:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Report any damage, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors

What Sets You Apart:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous receiving or shipping experience.
  • Forklift experience, certification is considered an asset.
  • Basic computer or RF scanner skills; experience with SAP or a WMS is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity target
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
