If you want to grow your skills with an industry leader, apply with us today! We are seeking an Shipping, Receiving and Operations Support Clerk in our Oakville, ON facility.

On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure that inbound products are processed according to priority, receipt of all inbound products is processed within company guidelines, and that all pertinent information is entered into the work order system (RPCS) as required.
• Process inbound and outbound orders requiring the purchase of outside repair services
• Identify and negotiate with OEM & third-party repair sources to obtain high-quality repair services at a competitive price.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors for outside repair services.
• Receive outside repair costs and delivery from vendors & ensure proper information is entered into work order/purchasing systems for proper pricing of services.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customer service and sales.
• Operate fork truck (certification required) to load/unload LTL shipments.
• Interface with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Ensure that outbound products are properly packaged to prevent damage and that all shipments are delivered via customer/company requirements and priority, and that all shipment information is entered into the work order system (RPCS) as required.
• Coordinate repair efforts with technicians based on priority and delivery requirements.
• Interface with Sales as needed to advise order statuses.

• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills (oral / written)
• Basic negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask
• No lifting restrictions
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience preferred
