THE PHYSICAL SIDE OF THE JOB — NO SURPRISES

On Your Feet

Standing and walking for the majority of your shift — comfortable, protective footwear is your best friend, you will walk 5+ miles per day

Lifting & Carrying

Moving and handling materials throughout the day up to 100 lbs regularly — we train you on safe technique

Full Body Movement

Bending, stretching, squatting, reaching, and turning are part of the daily routine

Warehouse Temps

You'll work in varying temperatures — we provide the right PPE and gear for the conditions

Team Proximity

Working closely alongside your teammates in a shared, active space

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

18 years of age or older

Basic reading (English), writing, and math skills

A positive, dependable attitude — your team is counting on you

Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical assessment

Even better if you bring:

Experience with powered equipment — forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks

Prior warehouse or distribution center background

*Benefits start following successful completion of temp-to-hire (probationary) period. This can be waived with solid job experience. Pay rate moves to $19.00 per hour.
