Full-Time Temporary Seasonal Shipping Lead (First Shift)
Location: Lanham, MD

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available. Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

We are currently hiring Full-Time Seasonal Shipping Leads for our Lanham, MD location. This role is essential to helping us fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately-especially during the busy back-to-school season.

The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily shipping schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and meet our quality standards. This individual will communicate regularly with store management and is expected to lead by example while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team to meet shipping goals and timelines

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Clearly communicate team responsibilities and objectives

• Provide feedback and updates to store leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume shipping or warehouse environment is a plus

• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills

• A flexible and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift items over 50 lbs

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Ability to climb ladders and lift boxes

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season (July–September) preferred
