Location: Sparks, Nevada
Summary
The Shipping Facilitator is responsible for accurately and efficiently shipping all Gemini products to customers. This position supports Gemini’s sales team and customers by ensuring timely shipments and exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Read and interpret picking lists with a thorough understanding of container size, weight, and specifications.
Accurately and efficiently pull products from warehouse inventory.
Operate various machines and equipment used for shipping and customer support.
Prepare and package orders according to Gemini standards.
Enter shipment information into Assistics and/or X3 systems.
Inspect equipment before operation.
Follow OSHA safety rules and company policies.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Support productivity and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
Report for scheduled shifts on time and return promptly from breaks.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Sense of urgency for completing tasks.
Education and Experience
Basic Requirements
Minimum one (1) year sit-down forklift experience.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred Requirements
Three (3) years warehouse experience.
