Shipping Coordinator / Driver
Onsite – Morgan, Hill CASchedule: Day Shift
Full Time Perm | Non-Exempt
Salary Range: [$21-$24/hr DOE]
Are you organized, reliable, and experienced in shipping and logistics? Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator / Driver, where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely movement of products and supporting overall warehouse operations.
In this role, you will handle shipping, receiving, and product transfers while utilizing major carrier systems like UPS and FedEx. You will also support local deliveries and ensure materials are transported safely and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and transfer incoming products into finished goods inventory
• Package and prepare products for shipment in accordance with company standards
• Process shipments using carrier systems such as UPS and FedEx• Perform “pack out” functions using internal systems (e.g., vPoke or similar)
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, and strapping shipments
• Coordinate outgoing deliveries and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation
• Perform local deliveries and pickups as needed
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
• Assist with inventory tracking and material handling
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with packaging and material handling• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems
• Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus
• Experience with proprietary or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification (if applicable)
• Knowledge of local routes and delivery practices
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
