Build your career with Tucker Door & Trim! We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping operations, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry.

• $25 to $28/hr
• Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Health Benefits, PTO, 401K

What You’ll Need

• Experience with Dispatch, Fleet Coordination, Route Planning
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• DOT knowledge

What You’ll Do

• Support daily dispatch operations
• Assist in coordinating daily deliveries
• Monitor route completion
• Manage delivery exceptions
• Assist with DOT compliance
• Support customer service
• Process driver payroll
