Key Responsibilities:
- Stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished goods within a manufacturing environment.
- Prepare and verify outbound shipments by comparing contents to packing lists, bills of lading, and production documentation.
- Receive inbound materials, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation and system entry.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production, and Quality departments to consolidate materials and prepare complete outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Identify and report shipment issues, damages, shortages, or quality concerns to the Manufacturing Manager.
- Support production by fulfilling parts requests and emergency orders to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards, including proper use of PPE.
- Recommend and support process improvements related to shipping, receiving, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste, and controlling costs.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Forklift operation experience is preferred.

- Regular exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures, dust, odors, moving equipment, and heavy machinery.
