Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical components for the electronics industry, they are seeking for a Shipping Clerk to join their team.

Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generate daily shipping documents
• Liaise with both internal and external partied for delivery arrangement
• Provide clerical support to warehouse team and other departments
• Assist and support warehouse administrative work and daily operations
• Perform cycle count & annual stock take
• Assist in other ad-hoc project as assigned
• Work location : Tsing Yi Warehouse

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in shipping or logistics field, electronics industry is preferred
• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping document independently
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Tradelink) and good communication skill
• Open-minded, hard-working, responsible, self-motivated and good team work
• Willing to learn and reliable
• Good in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work beyond normal working hour
• Immediately available preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
