Key Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and verifying contents
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using company systems
• Arrange shipments with carriers and ensure proper documentation is completed
• Move materials throughout the facility using carts or forklifts (if trained)
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as required
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to bend, reach, and handle packaged materials regularly

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Standard business hours with occasional overtime as business needs require
