Job Location: Minnesota - Waseca, MN 56093
Salary Range: $19.51 - $19.51 Hourly

Position Description: To source the best possible means in terms of cost to transport our products utilizing the process developed by Rhino Marking and Protection Systems. To provide quotes, prepare orders for shipment, process all necessary and related paperwork for the shipping processes.
Shipping Clerk 1 Responsibilities:
- Receive in all goods and process paperwork accordingly
- Prepare and ship orders and pick and pull items
- Provide transportation rate quotes for all departments at Rhino
- Status and process sales orders accordingly
- Assist with sample orders as needed
- Communicate with logistics companies via phone and email
- All other duties as assigned
Key Competencies:
- Entry level position and requires supervision and direction
- Ability to utilize shipping software via computer
- Must have forklift experience
- Maintain good communication with logistics companies via phone and email
- Good computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience using Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word)
- Must work safely and be aware of safety hazards

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. routinely up to 80 lbs. on occasion

QualificationsPreferred Requirements:
- Degree or some college preferred, High school diploma or equivalent acceptable
- Ability to communicate very clearly both verbal and written
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Forklift Certified or ability to become Forklift Certified a must
